Delete your SURPLUS account

Google Play asks every app with accounts to offer this page. Two ways to delete a SURPLUS account:

In the app (immediate)

Open SURPLUS and tap your character at the top left.
Go to Settings → Account → Delete account.
Type DELETE to confirm.

The account and everything stored in it is removed at once, along with the data on that device.

Without the app

Email surplus@sphstudios.com from the email address you signed in with, with the subject "Delete my SURPLUS account". We will delete the account and everything stored in it, and reply to confirm.

What gets deleted

Your sign-in (email address and user identifier), the name you typed, your character's look, your preferences, statistics, achievements and game save. Nothing is kept afterwards.

Guests

A guest has no account to delete. A guest's game is stored only on the device and is removed when you uninstall the app.
